Description
PCHEM Pro One pumps are designed with optimised fluid and air pathways to maximise flow performance and efficiency. The Pro One provides adjustable flow rates up to 160 l/min and is suitable for handling a wide range of fluids, including corrosive and abrasive liquids. The pumps are available in Aluminium, Polypropylene and Stainless Steel, with different diaphragm, gasket and valve materials available to suit the application.
The Pro One series is monitoring-ready, allowing sensors to be installed for flow rate, air consumption, liquid viscosity, operational performance and dry-run detection. This enables the AODD pump to be integrated with PLC and data acquisition systems for improved monitoring and control.
An innovative modular air exhaust system reduces noise during operation, while the anti-stall design and accessible power and pilot valves make routine maintenance easier to carry out on-site. Pro One AOD pumps can also be configured for specific applications, including split suction and discharge, low pulsation and external pilot versions.
The Aluminium and Polypropylene AODD pumps feature an open port design, providing maximum flexibility when it comes to installation. This versatile configuration allows the pumps to be adapted to a wider range of installation requirements, reducing potential compatibility limitations.
