Delivery

Delivery is subject to stock and takes approximately 2-3 working days. UK Orders under £100 are charged at £10 and is free for all orders over £100 Ex VAT.
 

Returns Policy

Unwanted goods will be refunded subject to the following conditions:
1) The goods must be returned un-used and in the original packaging.
2) Returns will not be accepted if the goods or packaging are damaged.
3) All refunds are subject to a 25% handling and re-stocking charge.
4) The refund will only be for the goods and not the delivery charges.
5) Any return is made at the buyers risk and expense.

None of the above affects your statutrary rights.

Faulty goods

We can often resolve minor problems over the telephone and our engineers are happy to offer free advice

If you need to return goods to us for repair / replacement please ensure they are thoroughly cleaned, drained of all fluids and packaged suitably for transit. We cannot accept responsibility for good, which are damaged or condemned by the courier. 

You can return goods to us via your own transport / courier or we can arrange collection from any UK mainland address. 

If the product is within the manufacturers warranty period and the fault was caused by faulty manufacture or components, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

If the fault is not covered by warranty, we will advise the estimated cost of repair before commencing any work. Please note that the cost of transport is not covered by manufacturers warranty, but generally, we will refund the cost if we have collected the goods.

How much does it cost?

*Repair charge is for labour only. Parts are charged extra but we will advise you of the cost before commencing the repair. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair we can:

1) Dispose of the goods. (Collection charge only applies).
2) Return the goods to you in dismantled state. (collection & delivery charge applies).
3) Re assemble and return. (collection, repair & delivery charge applies).
