Delivery Options & Cost

For orders being shipped within the UK and EU, we use 2 delivery methods, Parcel Force or Nightfreight depending on the size and weight  of the goods. Orders placed before 2 P.M. will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
 

Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you a tracking number so you can check it's progress. We will try our best to deliver your order on time but inevitably, there may be delays due to bad weather or road hold-ups etc. 

Returns Policy

If you do need to return an item, it’s our aim to make it as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty.

Under our 30 day Money Back Guarantee you can return unwanted goods for a full refund providing that:

1) The goods must be returned un-used and in the original packaging with all component parts and any promotional items.
2) Returns will not be accepted if the goods or packaging are damaged.
3) Pumps must not have been filled with or immersed in liquid of any type.
4) The refund will only be for the goods and not the delivery charges.
5) Any return is made at the buyers risk and expense.

Certain items are excluded from our guarantee, these include consumables, bespoke items
and goods made to measure or cut to length.

Faulty Goods

We can often resolve minor problems over the telephone and our engineers are happy to offer free advice

If you need to return goods to us for repair / replacement please ensure they are thoroughly cleaned, drained of all fluids and packaged suitably for transit. We cannot accept responsibility for good, which are damaged or condemned by the courier. 

You can return goods to us via your own transport / courier or we can arrange collection from any UK mainland address. 

If the product is within the manufacturers warranty period and the fault was caused by faulty manufacture or components, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Please note that the cost of transport is not covered by manufacturers warranty.

If the fault is not covered by the manufacturers warranty, we will advise the estimated cost of repair before commencing any work. 

How much does it cost?

*Repair charge is for labour only. Parts are charged extra but we will advise you of the cost before commencing the repair. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair we can:

1) Dispose of the goods. (Collection charge only applies).
2) Return the goods to you in dismantled state. (collection & delivery charge applies).
3) Re-assemble and return. (collection, repair & delivery charge applies).
